Key Information for Paper Submission and Participation
Paper Requirements
All papers submitted to ICECCT 2026 must meet the following requirements:
- Papers must be written in English
- Papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference
- Maximum page length: 6 pages for regular papers, 4 pages for short papers
- Papers must follow the conference template format
- All figures and tables must be properly labeled and referenced in the text
- References must follow the IEEE citation format
Review Process
The review process for ICECCT 2026 includes:
- Double-blind peer review by at least three reviewers
- Evaluation based on originality, technical content, clarity, and relevance
- Final decision made by the Technical Program Committee
- Notification of acceptance/rejection sent via email
Publication
Accepted papers will be:
- Published in the conference proceedings
- Indexed in major academic databases
- Available through IEEE Xplore Digital Library
- Considered for special issue publication in selected journals
Ethics and Policies
Authors must adhere to the following ethical guidelines:
- Original work free from plagiarism
- Proper acknowledgment of funding sources
- Accurate representation of research results
- Compliance with research ethics and integrity standards
